In Mykolaiv and Kherson, builders and dentists are paid the most

In Mykolaiv and Kherson, the list of the best-paid jobs includes construction workers, drivers and doctors. The highest salaries in the south of Ukraine are paid to dentists in Kherson - up to UAH 150 thousand.

The OLX team analyzed vacancies in the regional centers of Ukraine and identified the professions with the highest median salaries.

In the south of Ukraine, the highest paid were specialists in the construction industry, automotive business, and medicine.

In Mykolaiv, employers offer the highest median salary to bricklayers - UAH 90 thousand. The list of highly paid vacancies also includes supervisors with a salary of UAH 75 thousand and truckers who are willing to pay about UAH 65 thousand.

At the same time, analysts have recorded a significant decline in salaries in the city's construction sector. In particular, over the year, the salaries of bricklayers in Mykolaiv fell by about 70% - last year employers offered almost three times as much.

In Kherson, the highest salaries are offered to dentists - up to UAH 150 thousand. Other top-paying jobs include car mechanics with a salary of UAH 52.5 thousand, construction workers with a salary of UAH 39 thousand, auto electricians with a salary of UAH 35 thousand, and freight forwarders with a salary of UAH 34.5 thousand.

In Odesa, the top best-paid vacancies include tilers with a salary of UAH 85 thousand, plasterers with a salary of UAH 65 thousand, and straighteners with a salary of UAH 60 thousand. In addition, Odesa was one of the few cities where designers were among the top salary earners, with salaries of about UAH 63 thousand.

In Ukraine as a whole, the jobs with the highest salaries are most often offered to plasterers, facade workers, bricklayers, tilers, car mechanics, and other laborers.

The highest median salary among all the analyzed vacancies was recorded in Cherkasy: tractor drivers in the agribusiness sector are paid up to UAH 165 thousand.
