In return for the reward, the resident of Mykolaiv became the formal owner and director of the fictitious company. After signing the documents with a notary, the company officially started working, and the fictitious head eventually had to answer in court.

This was reported by Intent with reference to the verdict of the Central District Court of Mykolaiv.

According to the case file, in August 2025, the woman agreed to become the founder and director of Trai Day LLC for a monetary reward. At the same time, she was aware that she would not actually manage the company, conduct business, invest in the authorized capital or work at the legal address of the company.

The investigation established that she acted in prior conspiracy with an unidentified person. To register the company, the defendant provided her passport data and identification code, realizing that these documents would be used to prepare false registration papers.

Later, her accomplice prepared a package of documents for the establishment of the company - the founder's decision, ownership structure and application for state registration. On August 27, 2025, the woman came to a private notary in Mykolaiv, where she signed documents that, according to the court, contained deliberately false information. After that, these papers were submitted to the state registrar, who registered Trai Day LLC.

In the Unified State Register, she was listed as the founder and director of the company with an authorized capital of UAH 100,000 and a wide range of activities, from wholesale trade to property leasing. However, in fact, the woman did not keep accounting records, conclude contracts, manage accounts, or carry out any business activities on behalf of the company.

According to the YouControl analytical system, the company's director is Vira Nadvorna. The system indicates that the company received up to 250 thousand hryvnias in 2025 and up to 150 thousand hryvnias in 2026 from exports to the United States.

In court, the accused fully admitted her guilt. She said that she agreed to the offer of a man she knew because she needed money. According to her, the documents had already been prepared by a notary, she did not read them, just signed them, and after opening a bank account, she handed over all the papers to the organizer of the scheme and received the promised UAH 8 thousand.

The court took into account the woman's sincere repentance, assistance in solving the offense, and lack of previous convictions. As a result, the woman was fined UAH 136,000 and banned from holding positions related to organizational, administrative, and business functions at enterprises of all forms of ownership for two years.

In April, a hospital accountant was convicted in Mykolaiv region of illegally receiving compensation for allegedly accommodating IDPs for almost two years. She regularly submitted false data and misappropriated funds intended to support IDPs.
