Critical infrastructure is operating stably. We have set up 161 resilience points in the city to charge gadgets, provide support and help. Since the beginning of the day, 84 people have applied to these points.

Part of Odesa is without power as a result of the Russian attack on the region's energy infrastructure on the night of October 11. As a result of the attacks, fires broke out in the energy infrastructure and a three-story building of a hotel and restaurant complex. Firefighters rescued two people and extinguished the fires.

On the night of October 11, 2025, the air defense of southern Ukraine shot down or suppressed 27 Shahed and Gerber attack UAVs (other types of drones) in Odesa region. One of the drones, according to eyewitnesses, flew into an apartment in a residential complex and did not explode. The weapon was removed by sappers.

An apartment building and two dormitories were damaged as a result of the enemy attack in Peresypsk district, 72 windows in them.
