Kherson amended the Program of the Department of Municipal Economy for 2022-2026. In 2025, the total amount of funding for Parks of Kherson for salaries, accruals, and repair of power grids amounted to more than UAH 106 million.

This is evidenced by the order of the Head of the Kherson City Military Administration Yaroslav Shanko.

The Kherson City Military Administration has amended the 2025 Work Plan of the City Council's Department of Municipal Economy in the area of "Other Activities in the Field of Housing and Communal Services." The order was adopted to ensure the efficient use of budget funds and the implementation of comprehensive programs for the development of municipal services, in particular the Program for Sustainable Housing and Utilities for 2022-2026 and the Program for Funeral Services and Maintenance of Cemeteries in Kherson for 2021-2025.

The changes concern the financing of the municipal enterprise "Parks of Kherson". The total amount of funds provided for the enterprise's activities in 2025 amounts to UAH 106.8 million.

In particular:

At the same time, the Kherson MVA approved the financial plan of the ME"Parks of Kherson" for 2026. The document was developed to improve the efficiency of the enterprise's management and ensure proper maintenance of city parks and green areas.

Thus, in 2026, more than UAH 60 million is planned for salaries of employees of the ME "Parks of Kherson" alone. As noted in the document, this will allow the city's parks to be maintained in good condition without additional investments.

In addition, in June-November 2025, the municipal enterprise "Parks of Kherson" used funds for its own needs and the needs of the city. The largest expenditures were for diesel fuel, gasoline, OSB boards, waste disposal, and household materials. The most expensive purchases amounted to almost UAH 12 million.
