The following localities in the Kherson region were subjected to enemy drone terror, air strikes and artillery shelling over the last day: Beryslav, Bilozerka, Lymanets, Antonivka, Sadove, Kizomys, Velytenske, Komyshany, Dniprovske, Sofiyivka, Monastyrske, Shostakove, Staroselie, Vesele, Havrylivka, Zolota Balka, Inzhenerne, Kozatske, Lvov, Mylove, Novotyanka, Odradokamyanka, Tokarivka, Tyahyanka and the city of Kherson.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military District Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.
The official said in a post that the Russian military had hit critical and social infrastructure; residential areas of the region's settlements, in particular, they damaged a high-rise building and 11 private houses. The occupiers also vandalized private cars.
As a result of Russian aggression in the region, 2 people were killed and 7 others were injured.
The Kherson MVA reported that 5 settlements of the Kherson community were attacked by enemy forces over the past day. Kherson, Sadove, Inzhenerne, Komyshany, and Antonivka came under fire from Russian artillery and drone terror. In particular, private and multi-storey buildings and cars were damaged. As a result of Russian attacks in the Kherson community, one person was killed and 6 others were injured.

The Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office noted that under the procedural guidance of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation into the commission of war crimes (parts 1, 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) was launched.
According to the investigation, on November 29, 2025, the Russian army fired on settlements in the Kherson region with artillery and mortar weapons and used drones of various types.
As of 17:30, it was known that one person was killed and six others were injured as a result of the enemy attacks. All the victims are residents of Kherson. A 54-year-old man died in hospital from injuries sustained as a result of artillery shelling of the city. All others were also wounded by enemy artillery in the morning and afternoon. Private and apartment buildings and vehicles were also damaged.
According to Oleksandr Prokudin, 15 people were evacuated from the liberated communities of the region yesterday.
