In the resort town of Koblevo, Mykolaiv region, the property of a hotel was dismantled by a court order, which, according to the owners, does not apply to their facility at all.

This is reported by the publication MikVisti.

It concerns the demolition of the summer playground near the Dolphin Hotel. The dismantling was carried out on May 16. The work was carried out on the basis of a resolution of the Economic Court of Mykolaiv region from 2017. Representatives of the district prosecutor's office, the executive service and the patrol police were present during the demolition.

According to the owners of the complex, at first they were refused to provide documents confirming the legality of the dismantling. After the police were called, the prosecutor showed the resolution and the writ of execution, but, according to the businessman, the documents indicated a different address - 37a Kurortna Street. Meanwhile, the summer playground that was dismantled is registered at 37 Kurortna Street.

The owners emphasized that the decision did not concern their hotel, but a completely different company, Jaguar South LLC, which, according to them, has nothing to do with Dolphin. Moreover, the writ of execution was dated back to 2017 and has already expired.

MikVisti's editorial team asked the regional prosecutor's office for a comment. In response, we received only a resolution to open enforcement proceedings dated 2017.

According to media reports, the Dolphin Hotel did not stop working even during the full-scale invasion and remains one of the few establishments that continue to fill the budget of the Koblivka community, where most tourist facilities were forced to close due to the war.

Since the start of the full-scale invasion, the tourism industry in the Koblivka community has been in decline, with over UAH 123 million in revenue lost. There have been no tourist seasons since 2022, and most establishments are out of business.

In February 2025, the head of Mykolaiv ATC, Vitalii Kim, talked about opening a beach season in Kobleve if the security situation allows it. Currently, according to the official, the main obstacle is the military's ban due to the mine danger.
