Fire after Russian attack extinguished by train in Odesa region

An attack by Russian drones on the night of August 18 led to a fire that was extinguished by a robot and a Ukrainian fire train.

According to the press service of the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service in Odesa Oblast, a large-scale fire broke out at a fuel and energy infrastructure facility as a result of the attacks.

More than 100 rescuers, volunteers, firefighters from the National Guard of Ukraine and local fire brigades were eliminating the consequences of the enemy attack.

The attack also set fire to a two-story residential building, which, according to the State Emergency Service, was unoccupied. According to preliminary information, no one was killed or injured.
