Defense forces destroyed a Russian drone laboratory in Oleshky

Ukrainian intelligence officers discovered a drone laboratory and an ammunition depot belonging to Russian troops on the occupied left bank of the Kherson region. Both facilities were destroyed after their coordinates were relayed to the Defense Forces.

This was reported by the Security Service of Ukraine.

Scouts from the VIKTORi tactical group discovered the drone lab in Radensk. There, Russian troops were preparing drones for future use.

Another target was found in Oleshky —a warehouse where Russian troops were storing ammunition.

Reconnaissance personnel monitored the sites, determined their locations, and relayed the coordinates to the Ukrainian military.

Following this, the Defense Forces carried out strikes on the targets. As a result of the attack, the drone lab ceased operations, and the ammunition depot was destroyed.

According to the SBU, Russian troops used the occupied left bank of the Kherson region to deploy military facilities, store ammunition, and prepare assets for strikes against Ukrainian positions.

The VIKTORi Tactical Group is a Ukrainian military unit (primarily consisting of aerial reconnaissance and special operations forces) that is actively operating as part of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, in particular by coordinating its actions with the SBU.

Recently, the Ukrainian military eliminated Russian Armed Forces Colonel Alexander Isaev in the Kherson region. He defected to Russia in 2014 and subsequently participated in the war against Ukraine.

Isaev was killed by an FPV drone strike on September 19. At the time of his death, he was commanding the 8th Artillery Regiment of the Russian Armed Forces, which was operating in the coastal tactical sector as part of the “Dnipro” troop grouping.

The Ukrainian Defense Forces also carried out a series of precision strikes on military facilities of the Russian occupiers, particularly in the temporarily occupied Kherson region.
