Bolhrad City Council to try to sell unfinished maternity hospital for the fourth time

The Bolhrad City Council in Odesa Oblast has once again put up for auction the buildings and structures of an unfinished maternity hospital for the Mother and Child Center and the Maternity Hospital Auxiliary Unit.

This was reported in the Prozorro.Sale system.

The starting price remained the same as during the second attempt - UAH 10 million 525.4 thousand. The third attempt with a starting price of UAH 5 million 262.7 thousand failed.

This is small-scale privatization, which is a way to acquire enterprises, buildings, and stakes in companies owned by the state (managed by the State Property Fund of Ukraine) or communities (managed by local authorities). Small-scale privatization is limited to objects with a book value of up to UAH 250 million.

The new auction is scheduled to take place on September 26. Prior to that, Bolhrad City Council in Odesa region twice failed to sell the buildings and structures of an unfinished maternity hospital for the "Mother and Child Center" and "Block of auxiliary premises of the maternity hospital."

The starting price remained the same as during the first auction - UAH 10 million 525.4 thousand.
