Armed guards will appear at Mykolaiv seaport

A tender for armed physical security services for the territory and facilities of the Mykolaiv branch of the USPA has been published in Mykolaiv.

This became known from the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The expected value of the procurement is UAH 13,478,400. The relevant package of documents was certified by a qualified electronic signature on March 12. The document was signed by a representative of USPA Iryna Gladovska. According to the protocol of the online verification service, the integrity of the data was confirmed, and the signing procedure was successful with the use of a qualified time stamp from the QESDP Provider of the State Tax Service.

The updated documentation shows that the company is preparing for transparent procurement to ensure the security of seaports. The procurement will be held in the form of an open tender with special features. In addition, it is known that the tender currently has one complaint from the Kolchuga Security and Detective Agency. The complainant intends to participate in the tender.

The Agency notes that the tender documentation was found to be inconsistent with the requirements of the current legislation and requirements that violate the rights and legitimate interests of the Complainant, as well as the basic principles and norms of public procurement legislation, which lead to discrimination and restriction of the range of participants.

Earlier, the former director of a Kherson school was sentenced to 12 years for turning the school into a platform for implementing Russian educational standards. He organized the admission of students, managed the educational process and controlled the school himself.

According to the investigation, the collaborator's actions began in July 2022, immediately after the occupation administration officially created a new educational institution based on the local communal school in accordance with Russian standards.
