The National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA) has failed for the second time to sell more than 136 tons of fertilizers stored at the port of Izmail in Odesa region.

This information is available in the Prozorro.Sale system.

It is about 272 big bags with a total gross weight of 136 thousand 380 kilograms, which are stored in the open storage warehouse (new ramp) of the State Enterprise "Izmail Sea Commercial Port". The consignor, country of manufacture and country of origin are the Russian Federation.

The auction was scheduled for March 21 with a halved starting price of UAH 1 million 453.1 thousand, but there were no bidders.

Nitroammophoska (Azofoska) is a universal fertilizer with a high content of three components: Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P) and Potassium (K). It consists of water-soluble granules of 1-5 mm. This fertilizer helps to strengthen plant resistance to diseases and frosts, and increases yields.

The future winner of the auction will have to pay customs duties in the amount of UAH 931,287 to the ARMA account according to the certificate of total customs duties sent by Odesa Customs.

The previous auction was scheduled for March 10, but there were no bidders.

Earlier, the Department of Communal Property of Odesa City Council put up for sale non-residential semi-basement premises with a total area of 115.2 square meters on Akademichna Street (formerly Pionerska Street).

Also, the Dobroslav Department of the State Enforcement Service in Odesa District of Odesa Region of the Southern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice put up for sale the seized land plot.
