Odesa City Council Offers Semi-Basement Premises for Sale at ₴1.6M

The Department of Communal Property of the Odesa City Council has put up for sale non-residential semi-basement premises with a total area of 115.2 square meters on Akademichna Street (formerly Pionerska Street).

According to Prozorro.Sale, the auction is scheduled for March 12 with a starting price of UAH 1 million 600.9 thousand.

The building in which the facility is located is a five-story, rectangular in plan, detached building with the main facade facing Akademichna Street. The premises are located in the semi-basement of the building. The entrance to the premises is made through a wooden door from the front side of the building from a concrete pit by concrete stairs.

There is also a back entrance to the premises from the courtyard part of the building from a concrete pit, the pit is fenced with a metal grate and covered with corrugated asbestos-cement sheets. The interior doors and windows are wooden, with metal grilles on the windows. The facility consists of main and utility rooms, there is a bathroom. The walls are plastered, painted, wallpapered, covered with plastic lining and decorated with ceramic tiles; the floor is covered with linoleum and Mettlach tiles; the ceiling is plastered, painted and covered with plastic lining; doors, windows and grilles are painted.

Multiple contaminants and damage to the interior decoration are observed. Utilities - water supply, sewerage, electricity from external networks.

Small-scale privatization is a way to acquire enterprises, buildings, and stakes in companies owned by the state (managed by the State Property Fund of Ukraine) or communities (managed by local authorities). Small-scale privatization is limited to objects with a book value of up to UAH 250 million.

Earlier, the Dobroslav Department of the State Enforcement Service in Odesa District of Odesa Region of the Southern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice put up for sale the seized land plot.
