On the night of September 19, Russian occupiers attacked the administrative building on Srednyofontanskaya Street in Odesa for the third time in 24 hours. A fire broke out on the upper floors.

This was reported by Oleg Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.

According to the Odesa Regional Military Administration, the enemy launched a massive attack on civilian infrastructure in the Odesa region overnight. One of the strikes again targeted the administrative building, which had been attacked the day before. A fire broke out on the upper floors, which firefighters quickly extinguished.

At other locations, the roofs, facades, and windows of two residential buildings, as well as a passenger car and a minibus, were damaged. A two-story educational facility also sustained damage.

As of now, there have been no reports of casualties or injuries.

As Intent previously reported, on the afternoon of September 18, a Russian jet-powered drone struck this same administrative building.

Shortly thereafter, Russia attacked the building again while rescue workers and other emergency services were on the scene.

Ten people were injured in the strike, including two rescue workers. Their lives are not in danger.

Earlier in Odesa, a two-story building that was not in use caught fire due to an enemy attack. No one was injured.

The strikes damaged residential areas, a business, storage tanks, and warehouses. A private residential building was completely destroyed, and at least five others were damaged.

On the night of September 17, Odesa and the surrounding region also came under a massive combined attack by Russian forces. Seven people were injured, including children aged 4 and 13.
