A series of enemy attacks in Kherson region claimed lives and destroyed homes

During the day, Russians attacked 36 settlements in Kherson region, damaging housing, transportation and infrastructure. One person was killed and three others, including a child, were injured.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.

From August 8 to 9, 2025, Russian troops attacked 36 settlements in the Kherson region with drones and artillery. In particular, Antonivka, Sadove, Molodizhne, Prydniprovske, Komyshany, Klapaya, Bilozerka, and Beryslav came under fire.

The occupants hit residential areas, critical and social infrastructure. Two high-rise buildings, six private houses, a trolleybus, a private garage and several cars were damaged.

The attacks killed one person and injured three others, including one child.

On July 7-8, the aggressors damaged three high-rise buildings and 15 private houses. A gas pipeline, outbuildings, and private cars were also damaged.

One person died and another was injured as a result of Russian aggression. At around 10:40, Russian military attacked Antonivka with drones. As a result of the attack, two men aged 33 and 36 sustained explosive injuries and shrapnel wounds to their limbs.

<span>At approximately 14:30, Russian artillery shelled the central part of Kherson. As a result of the shelling, an elderly woman sustained explosive trauma, contusion, shrapnel wounds to her abdomen and traumatic amputation of her arm.</span>

In the afternoon in Kherson, the enemy attacked a child with a drone - an explosive hit a 13-year-old boy who was walking down the street. He received an explosive injury and shrapnel wounds to his leg and arm. The victim was taken to hospital, where doctors are providing him with all the necessary assistance.

As of the evening of August 7, 1,226 people were evacuated from the Korabel neighborhood in Kherson, including 56 children and 129 people with limited mobility.

On August 6-7, 37 settlements came under Russian shelling. Four high-rise buildings, eight private houses, a gas pipeline and a private car were damaged.
