A new head has been appointed to the department dealing with documents of the Odesa executive committee

Acting Odesa Mayor Ihor Koval has transferred Yana Bobryk, deputy head of the Department of Documentary and Organizational Support of the Odesa City Council, to the position of head of the department.

The relevant order was published on the city hall website.

Before that, Yana Bobryk was also the head of the department's office for electronic record keeping and control.

The main tasks of the department are organizational, control and documentary support of the executive committee's activities to exercise its powers, as well as information, reference and analytical support for the executive committee's decision-making, and documentation of its management activities.

The department is also responsible for ensuring the implementation of the executive committee's control functions over the executive bodies of Odesa City Council's implementation of the executive committee's decisions, orders, resolutions and protocol instructions of the city mayor given at staff meetings, at meetings of the executive committee and its coordination councils. The department is also responsible for planning the work of the executive committee.

In February, Acting Mayor of Odesa Ihor Koval appointed Olena Moskal to the position of Head of the Corruption Prevention Department of Odesa City Council. Also, Acting Mayor of Odesa Ihor Koval dismissed Serhiy Gurov from the position of Head of the Department for Corruption Prevention of Odesa City Council.

Earlier, Acting Mayor of Odesa Ihor Koval dismissed Yevhen Miroshnychenko from the position of Director of the Municipal Guard. The order stated that the dismissal took place in connection with the liquidation of the institution.
