A company run by a former MP wins the right to feed schoolchildren in Tatarbunary

The Education Department of the Tatarbunary City Council in Odesa Oblast has conducted two procurements to select a company that will provide hot meals for pupils of pre-school education institutions and students of general secondary education institutions.

The respective announcements were published in the Prozorro electronic procurement system.

The first procurement stipulates that the company with which the agreement will be concluded will have to provide 200 units of three hot meals a day for pupils of preschool education institutions aged 2-4, 420 units of three hot meals a day for pupils of preschool education institutions aged 4-6, 21 thousand units of one-time hot meals for pupils of general secondary education institutions aged 6-11, 3.2 thousand units of one-time hot meals for pupils of general secondary education institutions aged 11-14, 2.2 thousand units of one-time hot meals by December 31, 2024.

For this, the company plans to receive UAH 1 million 253.1 thousand.

The second procurement envisages that the winning company will provide:

This is for UAH 3 million 199.9 thousand. In both cases, the procurement was conducted in the format of open bidding with specific features and the participant was one company - AIFA Nursing Home Limited Liability Company. According to the YuoControl service, the company was registered in Izmail in 2013. The ultimate beneficial owners are residents of Izmail Talia Mitish, Oleksandr Khalyapin and Foat Guzairov, who is also the director of the company. He was also a deputy of the Izmail City Council when the company was established.
