63 Odesa residents affected by Russian attack turned to mayor's office for help

The operational headquarters of the Kyiv district administration of the Odesa City Council has received appeals from 63 residents of apartments damaged as a result of an enemy attack.

This was reported by the press service of the Odesa City Council.

A total of 139 windows were smashed, of which 68 were covered with OSB, and 71 with film and tarpaulin. The city's utilities closed the window openings, dismantled the damaged brick balcony structures and the damaged brick fence structure, removed two dump trucks with a total volume of 40 cubic meters of garbage, and removed two damaged trees.

As a result of a Russian attack on the night of May 25, 20 cars burned in a parking lot in Odesa, located among high-rise buildings. The fire was extinguished and prevented from spreading to densely parked cars nearby. However, they noted that no one was injured in the fire except for the cars.

On the morning of May 24, it became known that a man who suffered from the May 23 Russian missile attack on the port of Odesa died in hospital. He was the third victim of that attack. On May 23, Russia launched two Iskander-M ballistic missiles at the port infrastructure of Odesa. The attack killed a port worker. Eight other people were injured: four in serious condition, two in moderate condition, and two with minor injuries.

On May 24, at night, according to the prosecutor 's office of Odesa region, the Russian armed forces attacked Odesa region with attack drones. The enemy hit port infrastructure facilities.
