14 people were wounded in Kherson region

Yesterday, Russian troops continued massive attacks on Kherson region, using attack drones and artillery. More than three dozen settlements came under enemy fire, including Urozhayne, Bilozerka, Beryslav, Komyshany, Chornobaivka, Stanislav, Antonivka, Tyahyntsi and the city of Kherson.

According to Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Military District Administration, the occupants struck at critical and social infrastructure, as well as residential areas. The shelling damaged eight multi-storey buildings and 15 private houses. In addition, a water tower, a cell tower, outbuildings, agricultural machinery and private cars were damaged.

As a result of Russian aggression, 14 people were injured. Also, 17 residents were evacuated from the frontline communities of the region.

The Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office added that pre-trial investigations have been initiated into the attacks under the article on war crimes. According to the investigation, on June 6, the Russian military fired at the settlements of the region with cannon artillery and attacked them with drones of various types.

As of 5:30 p.m., law enforcement confirmed at least seven civilian casualties. Five people were wounded in Kherson as a result of drone attacks, and another person was injured in Komyshany. In Bilozerka, a man was injured during an artillery attack.

Recently, as a result of Russian aggression in the Kherson region, six people were killed and 26 others were injured, including one child.

Also, the Russian military attacked a hospital in Bilozirka, Kherson region, with artillery and FPV drones. Two nurses and a medical worker were injured in the shelling, and the hospital building and residential buildings were damaged.

Earlier, Intent wrote that Russian troops have used more than 12 thousand drones in the Kherson sector since the beginning of May. The greatest threat to Ukrainian defenders is now posed by attack drones, which the enemy uses en masse.
