100 thousand US dollars and a new dacha: what MP from Odesa region Leonov declared

Oleksiy Leonov, MP from Odesa region, reported changes in his property status by purchasing a dacha near Odesa. In his declaration for 2025, he also listed monetary assets, rented public housing, and several valuable objects.

This was reported by the Center for Public Investigations with reference to the declaration of MP Oleksiy Leonov.

According to the document, on February 4, 2026, the MP officially announced the acquisition of a 190 m² garden (country) house, the ownership of which he acquired on January 13, 2026. The official value of the property is UAH 3 million 187 thousand 500.

The MP also filed a declaration for 2025. He declared assets, a salary from the Verkhovna Rada, and two trademarks. Among other things, he uses a hotel room in Kyiv owned by the state enterprise Kyiv Hotel Complex, and also owns two trademarks - CHEF'S HAND and Sila-Eda.

Leonov received almost UAH 750,000 in salary from the Verkhovna Rada. He keeps 100 thousand hryvnias and 100 thousand US dollars in cash, and more than 2 thousand hryvnias in accounts at Ukrsibbank. The MP does not own any vehicles, securities, or construction in progress.

The MP also uses a 150 m² rented apartment in Odesa, and his son Lev uses part of the apartment for free.

In addition to his parliamentary activities, the MP heads several public and charitable organizations, including the NGO "I am a Ukrainian - I care" and the charitable foundation of the same name. The MP has no financial obligations and does not hold any part-time jobs.

Last year, his wife and her assets disappeared from MP Oleksiy Leonov 's declaration for 2023. Also, the MP's real estate, cars and his wife's savings, which he declared in 2022, disappeared from his declaration.

In addition, Oleksandr Tykhovskyi, former director of the Department for Organization of Work of the Odesa City Council, filed a corrected declaration for the period from January 1 to November 10, 2025. He received more than half a million hryvnias while working in the city council.
