Official of Odesa Regional State Administration gave her son 700 thousand

Larysa Sheka, deputy head of the financial and economic support division of the Social Policy Department of the Odesa Regional State Administration, sold real estate for 300 thousand hryvnias and gave 700 thousand hryvnias to her son.

This is evidenced by the declarations of the official herself and her son Oleksandr, who is the director of the municipal enterprise "Regional Office for International Cooperation in Odesa Oblast.

According to Larysa Sheka's declaration of significant changes in her property status, she sold a land plot in the Koblevska community of Mykolaiv region, but did not specify in which settlement. The fact is that at the beginning of 2025, the official declared two plots in this community in two villages: Hlyboke - 11.7 hectares and Anatolivka - 10 hectares. The second plot, however, belongs to her husband Oleksandr.

The official and her husband also own a 112.4-square-meter apartment in Berezanka, Mykolaiv Oblast. Her husband owns a GAZ car - 31105120. Her and her husband's income includes salaries and pensions totaling UAH 1.3 million. They have no savings.

The recipient of the gift, Larysa Sheki's son Oleksandr, in turn, declared last year that he owned three land plots in the villages of Rybakivka (12 hectares), Krasnopillia (10 hectares) and Tuzlakh (5 hectares), as well as an unfinished apartment in Odesa.

As for transportation, he indicated a 2018 KIA SPORTAGE car that belonged to him. Income: Oleksandr Sheki's salary, child benefit, winter support, totaling 303.6 thousand hryvnias. He has no savings.

The director of the municipal enterprise also declared income from the sale of a Mazda CX-9, which was not in his annual declaration. In the declaration of significant changes in property status, Oleksandr Sheka indicated that he received UAH 619.2 thousand for the car.
