Trademark

A trademark is a registered sign (a word, symbol, logo, or a combination of these) that distinguishes the goods or services of one manufacturer or seller from similar goods or services of other companies. The right to a trademark is protected by law and certified by a certificate issued by the authorized intellectual property authority. On the platform, the tag is used for publications about trademark registration, the number of trademarks and the activity of Ukrainian enterprises and regions in this area, in particular in Odesa Region.
