TOT is an abbreviation that denotes the territory occupied by Russia during its full-scale aggression against Ukraine. On this territory, which covers parts of southern regions of Ukraine, including Kherson region, Russian occupation administrations operate. Materials with this label cover the situation in occupied areas: humanitarian crises, human rights violations, military operations, and the consequences of occupation for the civilian population.
