Subsidies for local budgets
A subvention is targeted financial assistance that the state allocates to local budgets for financing specific programs and projects. Subventions are directed toward solving important public tasks: education, social protection, infrastructure, security, and territorial restoration. Unlike grants, subventions have clearly defined purposes and conditions of use. This financing mechanism allows the state to support regional development and ensure the provision of services to citizens at the local level.
