Social support and assistance
Social support is a system of state and local assistance programs for citizens in need of material, financial, or social aid. It includes payments to low-income families, pensioners, veterans, people with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups of the population. In Mykolaiv region and other regions of Ukraine, social support covers programs to assist war veterans, develop small business, and meet the basic needs of community residents.
