Searches and Detentions
A search is an investigative action that consists of a compulsory examination of premises, structures, and other objects for the purpose of finding items, documents, or persons that are significant for criminal proceedings. Searches are conducted by law enforcement agencies on the basis of a court decision or in cases provided for by law.
