Raiding and business takeover

Raiding is the illegal seizure of property, business, or assets through specially organized legal conflicts and exploitation of legislative loopholes. Raiders use systemic deficiencies in the functioning of courts, law enforcement agencies, and registration systems to register seized property in their own names or the names of related persons, and then quickly resell it. This phenomenon is widespread in Ukraine and causes significant losses to legitimate business owners, farmers, and citizens.
