Privatization of state enterprises
Privatization is the process of transferring state or municipal property into the hands of private individuals and organizations. In Ukraine, privatization encompasses the sale of state enterprise assets, including industrial facilities, buildings, and other assets. This process is often accompanied by questions regarding transparency, fairness of bidding, and corruption prevention in the management of state property.
