Order

An order is a directive document issued by the head of an institution or government body within their competence. Such documents regulate the activities of institutions, introduce restrictions, establish rules of conduct and procedures for task execution. An order takes effect from the moment of its signing and is mandatory for compliance by subordinates and the public, if provided for by law.
