Official negligence of officials
Official negligence is an offense that consists of improper performance of official duties by a public official, resulting in harm to state interests or citizens' rights. Such cases include instances of misappropriation of budget funds, loss of state property, negligent performance of functions, and other violations of official discipline. Investigations and court proceedings concerning official negligence are aimed at holding guilty parties accountable and preventing corrupt actions in government bodies.
