Odesa National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet
The Odesa Theatre of Opera and Ballet is the oldest opera house in Ukraine. Built in 1887 in the style of Viennese Baroque according to a design by Fellner and Helmer. The hall seats 1,600 spectators, and the acoustics allow one to hear a whisper from the stage without microphones. The theatre has repeatedly been included in lists of the most beautiful theatres in the world.
