Return of Lands and Fight Against Fraud
Land restitution is a process of restoring ownership rights to land plots that were illegally privatized, confiscated, or alienated. This process is often initiated by prosecutor's offices and courts through the detection of fraud, corruption, or violations of legislation in the management of state property. In Mykolaiv region, Odesa, and other regions of Ukraine, such cases concern both the return of land to communities and the cessation of illegal manipulations with land plots.
