High Council of Justice
The High Council of Justice (HCJ) is an independent constitutional body of state authority in Ukraine responsible for ensuring the independence of the judiciary and managing the judicial corps. The HCJ conducts disciplinary proceedings against judges, considers complaints about their actions, makes decisions on holding them accountable, and dismisses them from office. The body operates on the principles of transparency and accountability to society, contributing to the formation of an honest and highly professional judicial corps in Ukraine.
