Energy efficiency and energy independence
Energy efficiency is the rational use of energy resources aimed at reducing energy consumption while maintaining the same level of energy supply to buildings and production processes. The topic covers measures for insulating public and residential buildings, implementing alternative energy sources (solar panels, wind turbines), as well as developing plans for regional energy independence. It is particularly relevant for Ukraine in the context of the energy crisis and the need to ensure the resilience of critical infrastructure to energy attacks.
