Dmytro Pletenchuk is a Ukrainian serviceman, captain 2nd rank, who serves as a spokesman for the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He regularly provides information about naval operations, including attacks on occupation facilities in Crimea and the Black Sea, losses of Russian equipment, and defensive measures of the Ukrainian fleet. Pletenchuk also headed the press center of the Southern Defense Forces, coordinating information work of military structures in the southern region of Ukraine during the full-scale Russian aggression.
