Sabotage and terrorist acts
Sabotage is the intentional subversive action against military, economic, and other facilities aimed at disrupting governance and weakening the state. It includes explosions, arson, terrorist acts, and other acts of sabotage, especially those carried out by enemy agents or their accomplices. In Ukraine, this is a criminal offense.
