The State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) is a law enforcement body of Ukraine that investigates criminal proceedings against law enforcement officers, judges, and high-ranking officials. The SBI conducts pre-trial investigations in cases of corruption, abuse of power, and other serious crimes related to civil servants. The Bureau is a key instrument in combating corruption in the authorities and law enforcement system of Ukraine.
