Compensation for damages from Russian aggression
Damages compensation is a legal mechanism through which injured parties (individuals, legal entities, and states) demand monetary compensation for material and non-material damages caused to them as a result of unlawful actions. On this platform, the tag primarily covers issues of compensation for damages caused by Russian aggression and occupation of Ukrainian territories, including lawsuits against Russia, international claims, compensation to affected citizens and legal entities. This includes both individual claims for damaged property and state lawsuits for compensation of economic losses from the occupation of Crimea and military operations.
