Berislav is a city in Kherson Oblast on the right bank of the Dnieper River, the administrative center of Berislav District. This historical settlement, formerly called Kizikermen, is located in southern Ukraine and serves as an important center of local self-government. The region actively addresses issues of public safety, population evacuation, and investigation of collaboration with the occupying authorities during Russian aggression.
