barrier-free
Accessibility is a principle of organizing urban space and public services aimed at ensuring free access for all people, including persons with disabilities, elderly people, and parents with children. This includes the arrangement of sidewalks, public transportation, buildings, and other infrastructure facilities in accordance with universal design standards. In Ukrainian cities, especially in Odesa and Mykolaiv, accessibility is becoming a priority of local development with significant budget allocations for the implementation of programs and projects.
