Conservation of animals and wildlife
Animal conservation is a complex of measures aimed at protecting and safeguarding wild fauna, domestic animals, and their natural habitats. This includes the work of zoos, nature reserves, volunteer initiatives for rescuing stray and injured animals, as well as monitoring populations of species under threat. On the territory of Ukraine, such measures are particularly relevant in the context of military operations and their impact on ecosystems, as well as in the work of public organizations and state institutions for nature protection.
