In occupied Crimea, the Russians have “nationalized” another 10 enterprises and facilities belonging to Ukrainian citizens. Among the seized properties are a health resort on the Southern Coast of Crimea, a factory in Yalta, and a food distribution center.

This was reported by the Crimean Tatar Resource Center.

According to Vladimir Konstantinov, the Russian-appointed speaker of the Crimean parliament, the Russians have seized the “Priberezhny” health resort on the Southern Coast of Crimea, the “Headwear Factory” in Yalta, a food distribution center in Alushta, and premises in Simferopol. A representative of the occupying administration claimed that the properties allegedly belonged to “Ukrainian oligarchs,” but there is no evidence of this in open sources.

The Russians received approximately 1.3 billion rubles at auction for the seized enterprises. Specifically, the “Priberezhny” sanatorium was sold for 780 million rubles, and the “Headwear Factory” for 217 million rubles.

According to the occupying authorities, by June 2026, approximately 6,000 properties had been seized in Crimea from 500 rightful owners—citizens and businesses. The occupiers are auctioning off some of the seized assets, while leaving the rest in so-called “state ownership.”

As Intent previously reported, in annexed Sevastopol, the occupying authorities announced another wave of “nationalization” of property belonging to Ukrainian enterprises and private individuals under the pretext of their alleged support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Without providing any evidence, the “Parus” factory, a number of private companies, as well as homes and apartments belonging to Ukrainian citizens, were seized.
