A car with a family hit a mine in Kherson. The explosion injured a man, a woman and two children.
The incident was reported by the head of Kherson MVA Yaroslav Shanko.
In Kherson, a civilian car hit a "petal" type mine, injuring a family of four. According to him, there were a 47-year-old man, a 34-year-old woman and two young children in the car - girls aged 2 and 5. All of them suffered contusions, explosive injuries and closed craniocerebral injuries. The victims were treated at the scene.
At the same time, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, said that Russian troops continued to shell critical and social infrastructure and residential areas of the region. The attacks damaged 14 multi-storey and five private houses, as well as an administrative building, a shop, a gas pipeline, a shuttle bus, a trolleybus and private cars.
The shelling killed two people and injured others. In addition, five residents were evacuated from the de-occupied communities of the region the day before.
Yesterday, the enemy shelled a school, a cultural center and a medical facility in Kherson region. As a result of Russian aggression, 3 people were killed and 10 others were wounded.
As a result of the shelling, Russian troops damaged 24 objects, including two apartment buildings and nine private houses, a medical and educational institution, a house of culture, a farm, a warehouse, a garage, as well as three cars and one truck and gas pipelines.
More than 35 settlements were hit by artillery, multiple rocket launchers, mortars and drones. As a result of Russian aggression, 3 people were killed and 10 others were injured.
On January 8, Russian troops attacked civilian transport with drones in the Kherson region, killing two people and injuring five others. Near the village of Naddnipryanske, a drone dropped explosives on a minibus. The attack killed a 70-year-old man and hospitalized a 57-year-old passenger with serious injuries.
