A nighttime drone attack turned the port infrastructure of Odesa region into a zone of fires and destruction as the Russians struck the region in two waves. People were injured after the strikes, and rescuers spent the morning extinguishing the fire and dealing with the consequences of another attack.

This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper.

On the night of May 14, Russian troops launched a massive attack with drone strikes in Odesa region. Port infrastructure facilities were hit, resulting in two people being injured.

According to preliminary data, the enemy attacked the region with two waves of kamikaze drones. The shelling damaged equipment, property, and freight transport on the territory of the port infrastructure. Fires also broke out, which rescuers quickly extinguished.

Emergency and utility services continue to work at the hit sites. Experts are eliminating the consequences of the attack and assessing the extent of the damage. The victims are being provided with the necessary assistance.

Also, the attack by Russian troops on Odesa on May 13 caused a fire in one of the city's yards. As a result of the fall of the wreckage of an enemy UAV on the roof of a nine-story residential building, a fire broke out, and cars parked nearby also caught fire. According to preliminary reports, two people were injured.

On the night of May 13, the Russian army launched a massive attack with attack drones in Odesa region, targeting the region's industrial infrastructure. The strikes caused damage to warehouses and commercial premises. Localized fires broke out at some facilities as a result of the strikes.

On May 5, the enemy attacked the port of Greater Odesa and hit a civilian vessel flying the flag of the Cook Islands. On the night of May 2, Russian troops once again attacked the port in Odesa region, causing fires. The hits damaged the warehouse and outbuildings.
