Due to Russian shelling on the right bank of the Kherson region, six settlements in Beryslav district were left without electricity.

This was reported by Volodymyr Litvinov, head of the Beryslav district administration. Several villages in Novoraysk and Tomaryne have no electricity due to damage to critical infrastructure. According to the JMA, over the past day, the Russian army shelled 36 settlements on the right bank of the Kherson region, injuring 11 people.

Between August 24 and August 25, 2025, 43 settlements in the Kherson region came under enemy attack from drones and artillery. Among them are Kherson, Beryslav, Chornobaivka, Oleksandrivka, Bilozerka, Antonivka, Kozatske, and Stepanivka.

Russian troops shelled residential areas and critical and social infrastructure. The shelling damaged at least 4 multi-story buildings and 28 private houses, as well as a gas pipeline, garages and civilian cars. Three people were injured as a result of the Russian attacks.

On August 24, hostile attacks in Kherson region damaged three private houses and a multi-story building, as well as critical and social infrastructure, including an educational institution. The shelling killed one person and injured two others, including a child. Around 9 a.m., the Russian army attacked a resident of Kherson with a drone.

The 62-year-old man sustained severe injuries from explosives, including mine-blast trauma, injuries to the maxillofacial area, arm and leg. In addition, a 38-year-old woman who was injured during Russian shelling at night was admitted to the hospital; she was diagnosed with mine-blast trauma and contusion.
