Power outages in Ukraine due to shelling
Blackout is the disconnection of electricity in a territory caused by military attacks, natural disasters, or technical failures. In Mykolaiv and Kherson regions, mass blackouts are often a result of Russian attacks on critical energy infrastructure. Such outages affect the operation of utilities, transport, medical facilities, and the daily life of the population.
