Pseudo-official from occupied Kherson region is suspected of aiding Russians

Oleksandr Filenko, the head of the villages of Radensk and Chelburda, was suspected.
According to the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, in 2022, Filenko voluntarily took up the position of the so-called "head of the territorial administration in the villages of Radensk and Chelburda" of the Oleshky community. This "department" was later renamed the "territorial department". In this pseudo-position, the man facilitated the legalization of the legislation of the aggressor state in the occupied part of the region.
Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, the man was served a notice of suspicion of collaboration in absentia.
According to media reports, Oleksandr Filenko initially headed the market in Radensk and voluntarily served the Russian invaders there. He intimidated the villagers and transferred the money collected at the market to the occupiers. As of 2010, Filenko was a member of the Party of Regions. Previously, Filenko was an entrepreneur. His wife, Alla Filenko, also cooperates with the occupiers, and in 2022 she illegally took over the seized school in the village of Kostohryzove, Oleshky community.
Earlier, the Security Service of Ukraine served suspicion notices in absentia to two residents of Kherson who collaborated with the Russian invaders during the occupation of the city. One of them is a former manager atKhersongaz JSC. Also, Olena Chepinoga, a 67-year-old resident of the resort town of Skadovsk in the Kherson region, who voluntarily headed the culture department of the occupation administration and supports the Russian invaders, was suspected of collaboration.
Before that, 28-year-old Anastasia Androsenko from the village of Shevchenko in the Skadovsk community of Kherson region was sentenced in absentia to 10 years in prison for collaboration. Earlier, the court sentenced a resident of Kherson who voluntarily agreed to serve in the Russian police during the occupation.
