In September 2023, a woman took part in illegal elections held on the temporarily occupied left bank of the Kherson region and was elected asa "deputy" from a political party of the aggressor state.
According to the Kherson regional police, in September 2023, a 60-year-old native of Henichesk voluntarily decided to participate in the illegal elections and registered under the number "5" as a "candidate for deputy" to the "Kherson Regional Duma of the first convocation" from the local branch of the political party of the aggressor state, the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia. Later, she was elected as a deputy of the "council of deputies of the Kakhovka municipal district of the first convocation" on the list of the political party.
