In Crimea, a military sports training camp was organized for schoolchildren from a sponsored class of the Russian Guard from the temporarily occupied Kherson region. During the training, the children were taught the basics of shooting, tactical medicine and handling of training weapons.

This was reported by Holos Kryma.

In the temporarily occupied Crimean peninsula, a military sports training camp was held on the basis of the Petrovska school (probably the Petrovska basic school in the Bilohirsk district) for students of the Russian Guard's sponsored class from school No. 2 in the village of Syvaske, from the temporarily occupied Kherson region, from the Genichesk district.

According to the media, the event was organized by the autonomous non-profit organization Patriot Youth Center, in particular, with the participation of Lilia Dubets and the support of the staff of the Krympatriot Center and the Union of Descendants of Traditions. Classes for children were conducted by experienced instructors from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Russian Federal Security Service's Border Guard Service.

During the training, the participants learned to disassemble and assemble training models of the Kalashnikov assault rifle and Makarov pistol, trained in airgun shooting, and attended a tactical medicine master class where they practiced first aid, tourniquet application, and completing an individual first aid kit.

Recently, in the occupied Crimea, the Russian authorities launched a propaganda project to introduce Ukrainian children to participants in the war against Ukraine. Its goal is to instill in students a culture of violence and obedience to the occupation regime. It is planned to cover all schools in Crimea: exhibitions with photos of the military and QR codes for their biographies will be set up in educational institutions; media literacy courses will be introduced separately.

In August, a youth forum was held at the Artek International Children's Center, which is under sanctions by the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine for propaganda activities. 160 students from theological seminaries and academies from different regions of Russia were brought there. The event became part of a system of ideological processing of children aimed at their militarization: in addition to scouting skills, teenagers are taught to use weapons.
