Ukrzaliznytsia treated Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner to Crimean national dishes

During their trip to Kyiv, U.S. President’s Special Envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner were treated to Crimean Tatar cuisine. A special in-flight menu was selected to introduce the American guests to an important part of Ukraine’s cultural heritage.
This was reported by Ukrzaliznytsia.
It was noted that this is the first time the company has shared behind-the-scenes footage and the actual menu of the special train.

The special envoys could choose from the following dishes:
- Cr imean Tatar bread (Ötmek)
- Vegetable Platter — Vegetable Platter / Vegetable Assortment
- Meat platter (Cold Cuts) — Cold cuts / Meat assortment
- Assorted meze (Meze Platter) — Assorted meze (Crimean Tatar appetizers)
- Crimean Summer Salad — Crimean Summer Salad
- Bakhchisaray Shashlik — Bakhchisaray Shashlik
- Khoshaf (Dried Fruit Compote) — Khoshaf (dried fruit compote).

U.S. special envoys arrived in Kyiv to hold diplomatic talks with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the Ukrainian negotiating team, and European partners. The main goal of the visit is to discuss ways to end the war, restore the trilateral negotiation format (Ukraine–U.S.–Russia), and develop a diplomatic solution and security guarantees for Ukraine.
