The list of services provided by the ASC has been revised in Odesa

Odesa has amended the lists of administrative services provided through the city's Administrative Services Center.
The relevant decision was made by the Odesa City Council at its session on February 25, 2026. The document provides for amendments to the lists of administrative services provided through the city's administrative service centers.
The changes concern services provided through the ASCs by both structural units of the Odesa City Council and central executive authorities and their territorial subdivisions.
In particular, the decision
- clarified and updated the names of certain administrative services;
- updated the list of services in accordance with the current legislation;
- streamlined the list of administrative services available through the ASCs.
The decision was announced later: on March 4, 2026, the information was published on the website of the Administrative Services Center of the Odesa City Council, and on March 5, on the official website of the Odesa City Council.
The city council notes that such changes are aimed at improving the system of administrative services on a "one-stop shop" basis and increasing the convenience of obtaining them for residents and businesses.

Earlier, Intent wrote that the Administrative Service Center (ASC) of the Odesa City Council has resumed accepting applications for services related to the registration of residence and vehicles.
According to media reports, on December 19, Minister of Justice Olha Stefanishyna reported the largest external cyberattack on Ukraine's state registers in recent times. As a result of the targeted attack, the work of state registries was temporarily suspended.
Stefanishyna said that the hacking of the Ministry of Justice registers did not affect other state information systems, although the Diia app "did not work in the part that is formed from data" from the registers of the Ministry of Justice. Also, according to her, there is no threat of data loss or loss of functioning of the registries.
At the time, the Ministry of Justice predicted that the time for the initial restoration of the registries would be approximately 2 weeks.
The Security Service opened criminal proceedings after a cyberattack on state registries. The main version that the SBU is considering is that Russian special services, in particular, hacker groups affiliated with the GRU of the Russian General Staff, are behind this cyberattack.
As a reminder, a new Administrative Service Center (ASC) is to be built in the village of Mayaki in Odesa Oblast. The total cost of the work is 167 million hryvnias.
